Service Description
(Dates with No classes - March 1st, April 19th, April 26th, June 21st, August 16th) Our Puppies Schools are designed to be able to start you at anytime. This means no waiting or stressing you will not get in - assuming there is room in the class. No one else does this. At the end of the puppy school we have a special gift for the pup that no one else does either. For Puppies - Puppies must have completed their puppy school by the finish date. This means if you start at the latest possible time you will only be able to do a 4 week puppy school and miss out on some of the skills that we teach in the longer puppy schools. All puppies must provide proof of the first vaccination. Toy Breeds - Can Start up to 20 weeks of age. i.e. Chihuahua, Maltese, Shih Tzu, Pomeranian - Will be approximately 2kg by 16weeks of age. ** Must be finished by 24 weeks of age.** Small Breeds - Can Start up to 18 weeks of age. i.e.. Pug, French Bulldog, Jack Russel, Cavalier - Will be approximately 3.5kg by 16weeks of age. ** Must be finished by 22 weeks of age. ** Medium Breeds - Can Start up to 17 weeks of age i.e. Border Collie, Cocker Spaniel, Corgi, Whippet - Will be approximately 7 kg by 16weeks of age. ** Must be finished by 21 weeks of age.** Large Breeds - Can Start up to 16 weeks of age i.e. Malamute, Boxer, Bloodhound, Doberman, German Shepard, Labrador, Golden Retriever - Will be approximately 18kg by 16 weeks of age. ** Must be finished by 20 weeks of age. ** Giant Breeds - Can start up to 16 weeks of age - Will be approximately 25kg by 16 weeks of age. ** Must be finished by 20 weeks of age.** NOTE - The date you book in is your first start date. You will get further emails for the following 5 classes.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule under 24hrs notice the lesson will be forfeited. Booking emails are sent out at the time of booking. Emails are sent out 3 days prior and SMS are sent out 1 days prior to the appointment or class. To reschedule prior to 24hrs before contact the office on 0424364101 between Monday-Friday 12pm-6pm. If you rehome the dog or destroy the dog during the training period all lessons are forfeited and go with the dog. All lessons expire after 12months from the initial date of booking. If you endanger a team member, another client or hit a dog - all lessons are terminated without a refund. If you miss a class we are under no obligation to replace it as these are group classes, and we do not provide free private training. In certain circumstances we will do what we can to assist or give you direction to assist. If you can not attend - please have the courteous regard to email your trainer to let them know or leave them a voice message. All other terms and conditions apply as per our website.
