We are changing the way we do our pricing to make it simpler for you.  All our packages come with additional video content to help you at home when the trainer is not there so that you can remember what to do.  You will get homework to practice and our training is very hands on so you know exactly what to do.  We don't sit there for an hour wasting time talking to you - We show you what to do.

The biggest change is rather than having a prescribed fit of training sessions the trainers will work out what is the best solution for your individual situation.  So out of a 4 hour time package this may be a 2x 1 hour lesson 3 x 30 minute lessons and a 30min phone call.  The package will be what suits you best.  It also means that instead of where we may usually train you may want to specifically go to markets or cafes - these will be unique to your own needs and circumstances.

We don't do "assessments" - Why? - because we don't want to waste your time.  We ask a lot of information prior to the visit and then it only takes about 15mins to work out what is going on once we have eyes on the situation.  Many Many years of experience and handling dogs and study gives us this ability.  From this point it is teaching you how to fix the situation and maintain it so it does not happen again. We are about affordable Pet Care.

We do not charge extra for multiple dogs in the same household. Please note to take advantage of any package deals payment in Full must be done before the first lesson - All trainers have Credit Card facilities for ease of payment.

If you live in an apartment complex please ensure there is parking available or we may not be able to do the lesson.

We do everything we can to assist you but ultimately it comes down to you the human to want to fix the situation. If you are not prepared to do as we ask you will not get the results we know you can. There is no magical pill - just hard work and dedication to your family member - the Dog.

A Basic In Home Packages covers all types of issues. From lead walking to jumping on humans to other naughty general behaviours around the house.  There are other packages here designed specifically for certain behaviours or anxiety.  All our packages come with online content to watch to support your in home lessons. There is nothing we haven't come across or not seen. We will teach you and the dog about having a calm state of mind and how to positively gain control without always using food. We teach you how to build a relationship with your dog. Included in the price are Online training Videos to assist you during the training.
